Going Bananas

As promised I am back to share another SU Sock Monkey card.  I am trying to come up with a good card to create in bulk for a Demonstrator Swap. Of course we all know I want to have a wow card.  Is this the card?? Not sure yet... The jury is still out

The rules of the swap are to use ALL SU products and preferably the new line.  That is a difficult task for me. I apparently have no loyalty to any one company (guess that makes me a stampin whore, shhhhhhhhhh LOL) Yea I cracked myself up on that one.  To be quit honest I am somewhat peeved at SU or maybe USPS. I have yet to receive my new catalog!!!!!!  Back to the card...

I loaded two photos so that in the hopes that you can make out different colors and details in each one.  I stamped the Monkey on whisper white cardstock then colored him with chalk.  The banana was stamped, colored with markers then cut out and adhered into his hand.  Everything else is pretty straight forward.  The blue paper and the stamps are both from the new fall line, however, everything is SU.............

Since it is after 2 a.m., I should close for tonight. My husband is coming home tomorrow, so it might be a day or two before I can get back on but check back soon, I just might surprise you.  I have had some serious mojo and projects that I am working on.  I'm even working on a tutorial ;o) I can't wait to share them.
