Project Details:

The tin is filled with chocolate chip butter cookies which is why I chose the inside sentiment "you make life SWEETER". The Sentiment is not included in the "Paris Tower" stamp set, however the little flourish is. I used Nestabilities -Label one & Scalloped Square for my die cuts, then I simply stamped & heat embossed the Poodle. The only thing that I colored was her teeny little bow. The hot pink Pearls are by Hero Arts. Finished card is 3x3. Check out these amazing Specials:

Thought I would share a couple photos from the Birthday Party that my friends threw for me along with some random acts of kindness that I have received (RAK). I was hoping that David would get a few snap shots of the RAK that he is receiving over in Afghanistan from some of the amazing gals in our Blog World. Unfortunately "work" is keeping him busy, and asked that I convey his thank you's and wanted you gals to know how blessed he feels. The card above was created during the Stampin Out Alzheimers week for the SCACD sketch challenge. I used one of the Lockhart stamps that Susana had sent to me when I was their Guest Designer during April. I didn't win that particular challenge, HOWEVER, I DID WIN TWO other challenges!! First, I won one of the Verve Challenges, where I will be receiving 3 of their newly released stamp sets. The Up Up and Away set, I could not wait to see if I had won and I did not want to risk loosing out on it being discounted, so I ordered it. In celebration of ABC's stamp sale, I wanted to share a quick little card that I whipped up this afternoon. I used another one of the "My Cute Stamps" (EEK A MONSTER). Some of you may recognize the sketch as being last week's Mojo Monday Sketch...

The brads are Making Memories, which are one of the many great things that I really like about ABC. Being overseas, it can be very difficult to find items to replenish basic supplies.
