Christmas in August

This should be short & sweet.  I am taking the kids to Etnaland along with Rosalba & Santos. They are the children of Franko, our mechanic/friend.  I believe that I had posted a photo of Rosalba taken with me on 4th of July.  Etnaland is our water park;o)  Hopefully Adam doesn't whimp out and decide not to go on any of the slides.  When he was younger, we could carry him up (yes kicking and screaming).  No it wasn't mean, he decides afterwards that he loves them, I promise.  Last summer, he didn't realize what he was missing out on until 30 minutes before the park closed.......... What can I say, he isn't a risk taker.

We are also getting ready to have a yard sale on Saturday. The stuff needing to go to the thrift store was getting quit large. Not to mention, some of that stuff was still pretty darn nice. Therefore, I decided to go through closets and take out things that I was hoarding or haven't used EVER.  I found several, unopened boxes of Pampered Chef Stoneware, sets of Tupperware, Stampin Up!, Fans, my Greeting Cards, O MY and the list goes on....... So why not make some money?  We decided our profits would go into our vacation fund...........

On to the card!!  As simple as this card appears, getting those ribbons to line up took some time.  I printed the oval sentiment off of the computer.  Nichole Heady actually created it but I have no clue what she used to punch or cut them out with.  Nothing that I have lined up exactly right. Whatever, I am pleased with the way that they turned out.   I am getting really irritated with these paper companies for not stamping or marking their papers. How am I supposed to give them credit for using their products? Am I supposed to remember the name from whatever rack I pull them off of??????? Not a clue who manufactured the printed paper!

I'll have another Christmas card tomorrow...
