I hope that everyone has had a great Easter. Adam and I spent the morning preparing food to take to a get together with friends. One of the items that I prepared was Cupcakes!!!! They turned out so adorable and I can't wait to upload the photos.
This little pocket card was a challenge for me for some reason. This is a retired stamp set from Stampin Up and I have wanted it for a long time. I had so many ideas running around in my head and couldn't seem to get them to come together on paper. I actually started this card over a month ago and became irritated, threw it in a box and glanced at it from time to time. I took it out yesterday and decided, "maybe I like this card after all"!! Originally I had a light blue ribbon on the tag and I think that was throwing the whole thing off.
I love how the copper ink looks like real stitching on jeans.
WELL I am so tired for some reason and I have a couple of contests/challenges that I am entering so I am gonna go thing about some designs and I hear the bed calling out to me.
