My Sassy Dust Collector

When I saw ---> THIS CHALLENGE <--- at the Moxie Fab blog, I knew that was going to be a FUN project and I wanted in on the action... The title of the challenge is "Let's Get Sassy - The Taintor-tude Challenge". Anne Taintor is the gal behind so many of the fun retro 50's images with super fun sentiments (click on her name to check out her web-site).

Anyhow, the first of 3 projects that I created was a fun dust collector for some lucky recipient's kitchen. Perhaps we'll call it a "Recipe Card Holder".
How perfect is this Cooking Fairy image? Look closer at the fridge to see the "Appointment" which reads --- "Cooking Fairy arrives at 5:00"!
That little note was the inspiration for my project and ultimately why I created these fun "Appointment Tags"
The base of my project is a large wood clothespin that I painted white
then hot glued strips of magnet across the back.
