YEA it's a BLOG HOP

Without further ado........

Welcome to the very first Shirley’s 2 Girls Blog Hop!

Today Shirley’s 2 Girls [HERE] is releasing 15 of the YUMMIEST images you’ve ever seen!! All revolving around Mommies & Babies. You are cordially invited to hop along with myself and the other Ladies with Attitude. Don't forget about our 2 Guest Designers with Attitude, I'm certain they too will blow the scissors out of your creative hands.

The Hop begins at the Ladies With Attitude Blog [HERE] where you’ll find complete details about entering to WIN the Grand Prize (TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!)
However, If you arrived here on my blog after visiting PAT’s Blog, then you’re in the right place!!

WHEW, FINALLY I get to let my BABIES out of the bag. And what better way than to Throw a BABY SHOWER?
How appropriate to start off the birth of these new images with a Birth Congratulations. Not only did I use the new image "Buckaroo SG 78" but check out the new Designer Paper "Rattle" (It is Digi paper so endless supply). They also have a new DP for girls and a more generic baby paper if you aren't sure what you're expecting. If you look closely, you will see that I stamped my image on a DP, colored over that, cut out the bottle and baby's arm then paper pieced it onto the same image stamped onto white.

I wanted to show the versatility of these images and how you can save money in this crazy economy by creating your own Party Favors and Party Treats. The party favor is a glassine bag filled with hershey's kisses, topped with cardstock, designer paper, ribbon and one of the sentiments from the set "I'm Here SG 67".

Are cupcakes not to die for?

This chubby little baby is the main image in the "I'm Here" stamp set. After Stamping, coloring, giving him a disco diaper, I cut him out then mounted him onto a small scallop square of the coordinating DP. I adhered just the center of his body then bent his arms, legs and head to make him jump off his tag. His penant was also double mounted with a foam square. The entire tag was glued onto a regular toothpick. That teeny piece of ribbon was literally a scrap left over from the card. (BTW, my family was so excited to partake in the bounty of our "fakebelieve" baby shower)

Since I altered this image for the cupcake, I thought I would share the entire image by showing you just how versatile these new stamp can be. They are UNISEX!!

DON'T FORGET to "LEAVE A COMMENT"
You are NOW READY to HOP HOP HOP on over to DEBBIE'S BLOG

I have to use one of your favorite sayings about your projects, because I just can't help myself - OH MYLANTA!!!! Girl, you have no idea how much in awe I am over these projects that you've done today. You are the most brilliant and creative woman I know (besides our little Erin, of course) - not to mention a true friend. Thank you for all your hard work on your projects and for always being there. Hugs!
