This is one of my all time favorite stamps. If you have not heard, it was designed by Crissy Armstrong for Whimsy stamps as an exclusive, limited time only design. 100% of the proceeds are going to help in the relief efforts in Haiti. If you would like more information, please click on one of the blinkies in the right side bar of my blog.
I used this week's CPS sketch as my starting point and colored the image using Copic Markers. I used a circle Nestability to cut out the horse then placed it on a large scalloped circle. The little chocolate hearts were each placed individually. They were punched using one of the new Martha Stewart border punches from ABC Toys & Crafts. The pink strip running along the center was created using the Martha Stewart Lace Doily border punch which happens to be on SALE for $11.19
The inside sentiment "Make the Everyday Magical" is by Unity. If you look closely, you can see that I added a tiny, pink rhinestone to dot the "i" in "magical". That is a larger clear rhinestone in the center of the pink bow (all of the bows were created with a Martha Stewart punch)
Other Challenges I used:
Cute Card Thursday: Love Theme (does not have to be a Valentine)
Simon Says Challenge: What's Love Got to do with it (again does not have to be a Valentine)
Creative Inspirations: Leftovers (I ALWWAYS use my scraps, just look at those little hearts, guarantee the bows were punched from scraps laying around my table)
Flutter By Wednesday: Supposed to be a butterfly, angel or fairy but hopefully my Winged Horse counts?
ABC Challenge: New (this is a new Digi Stamp)
Die Cuts R Us: Love
Digital Tuesday Challenge: Animals (use an animal somewhere, I used a digital horse)
...........Supplies I used...........
Stamps: Whimsy (Hope for Haiti), Unity (magical sentiment)
Ink: Copic Markers, Stampin Up (close to cocoa)
Paper: Stampin Up (chocolate chip, pretty in pink, pink pirouette), Paper Trey Ink (blush blossom, white) Patterned Paper by K&Co?
Tools: Martha Stewart (lace doily, bow & valentine heart punches), Spellbinders (Nestabilities circle), Stampin Up (scallop circle die), Cuttlebug
Misc: Making Memories (rhinestones & pearls), EK Success (foam squares)

Gorgeous creation! Love the heart bordering circling the image!
So BEAUTIFUL Justine.
LOOOVE that carousel horse and how you colored it. Gorgeous color combo and I love the finished inside. Beautiful work as always, girl
Hey, you asked about Espresso pearls. Have you ever worked with Stickles? They're just like that. You squeeze it out of a small plastic bottle onto an image, it's dark chocolate colored and pearly, and dries in a few hours. Fun stuff!
This is BEAUTIFUL!!! I love that image a lot!!!! THANKS for joining us at Simon Says Stamp this week!!

I definitely see an 'angel' horse, or 'fairy' horse! So, I'm sure it counts! Gorgeous card and adorable image! Thanks for playing along with FBW this week!
Love it. Nothing more to say, other than you really do make the rest of us look bad.

Fabulous job with this image, Justine! I love the colors you used. Isn't amazing what you can do with scraps - we should use them more often - LOL!!
Thanks for the lovely compliment you left on my blog about my Wings of Hope card. You asked if I had any advice about paper piecing this image - truly, I would not do it by hand. The pieces are so tiny and would be almost impossible to cut. Do you know how to do it digitally? It's a quick and easy way to paper piece with wonderful results. Good luck - can't wait to see the results!!
Hugs,
Linda
Super cute card...love the inside also!! Thanks for fluttering with us this week!!
