Copic Cupcake
Today's card is the result of another sketch challenge that I decided to play along with.... Check out that coloring!! I am so surprised at how much ink this took but I am not too disappointed with this attempt. It can only get better right???? BTW, Happy New Year
I'm not one to make new year's resolutions but I have set a goal for 2009 and that is to be recognized in some form or fashion by one of the stamp companies that I admire so much. Last month I received honorable mention from PaperTrey Ink as a Guest Star Stamper. That's a start. Second, I realized that I can not just admire the stamps from the sidelines, I must actually order stamps. I did just that and tomorrow's card will feature stamps from Verve!!! Third, I applied to be on the design team for a stamp company that I just discovered.
BOMBSHELL STAMPS
They are so funky, fun, sassy and sexy and who better to stamp for them than ME?? These little ladies need someone that can really work those copics and I am determined to make them HOT. Sailor Jerry would be so proud..... OK so I haven't been offered the honor (yet), but I still plan on having some fun with those ladies. (BTW, I did receive a personal email from the owner acknowledging me;o)
I also stumbled onto a really fun blog today that you may want to check out.
Our Creative Corner is offering some blog candy so go check them out and don't forget about Gina K's and Melanie's blog candies as well.
Tomorrow will be a VERVE day.
